Procedure: How to make Lemongrass and Ginger
Material:
1. 4 Lemongrass seeds
2. 6 Ginger seeds
3. Granulated sugar or sugar according to taste
4. 250ml for the size of 2 small cups
Tool:
1. Knife
2 spoon
3. Cobek
4. Repeat
5. Pan
Steps:
1. Prepare tools and materials
2. Ginger and Lemongrass are peeled first
3. Wash ginger and lemongrass thoroughly
4. Then Ginger and Lemongrass in Geprek (put it on the mortar and in the geprek)
5. Add 250ml of water, ginger and lemongrass to the pan (boil until boiling)
6. Entee the sugar according to taste ( mix well )
7. Prepare 2 small cups ( pour the lemongrass and ginger into the glass )
8. Wedang lemongrass and ginger are ready to serve
